“Cycling for Life, Cyprus” together with “Let’s Do It Cyprus!” will organize an innovative two wheel event aiming to support and promote Let’s Do It Cyprus!, the biggest social and environmental event in the world including 94 countries on all continents and Cyprus.
LET’S BIKE IT! aspires to be the biggest cycling event in Cyprusthat will offer the possibility to join anywhere you are on 22 September 2012 at 10:00, during the mobility week. We invite cyclists of all ages to actively participate in protecting the island’s environment and natural resources by participating in Let’s Do It Cyprus! Project.
LET’S BIKE IT! will take place in more locations in the island in the same time, bringing together cyclists from of all ages who share the same passion: cycling and the environment.
All the events will start at 9:00 am at established meeting points:
NICOSIA – 22 September 2012 at 9:00 am, starting point Makarios Avenue
LIMASSOL – 22 September 2012 at 9:00 am, starting point Limassol Castle

Let’s Do It Cyprus! is a very ambitious national project, it touches utterly important issues for Cyprus that involve finding solutions to eliminate the waste problems and trying to change the mentality towards waste management, environmental protection and its influence in our everyday life. We want to attract and to involve at least 5000 people of all walks of life.
Cycling For Life, Cyprus is a cycling advocacy effort aiming to make a positive contribution toward towards a bicycle friendly Cyprus, and to support courtesy and mutual respect for all road users.
